What is PeekScore?: PeekScore is a rank from 1 to 10, assigned to every person. The higher someone’s score, the “more important” they are on the web. In calculating your PeekScore and updating it often, PeekYou takes into account your known presence and activity on the Internet, including but not limited to; your blogging, participation in social networks, the number of your friends, followers, or readers, the amount of web content you create, and your prominence in the news. With this PeekScore survey, we’re taking a look at the online lives of some men and women whose considerable fortunes were made providing the world with accommodations, a chance to get away from it all, and/or a home away from home. We were going to call this one a list of top hoteliers, but that didn’t quite sum up the entirety of what some of these folks do.
This isn’t a look at the quality of the work of these individuals, the successes they’ve had with their businesses, nor the amenities their hotels provide. This is a look at the impacts each of of these women and men have made here on the Internet. We’re comparing their PeekScores, as we always do (an explanation of which can be found above, or more in depth by clicking through here).
