On November 16, the fifth and final installment in the immensely successful series of films based on Stephenie Meyer’s equally popular Twilight novels – The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 – hits U.S. movie screens.

While its most eager attendees will be in for no surprises while watching the flick – being students of the novels as they are – they will still line up around the block, and camp out in cineplex parking lots for days in advance. In honor of this phenomenon, and our finally seeing the end of it for a while, we’ve decided to put this film’s cast through their PeekScore paces.

As always we must disclaim that this is not an assessment of the various celebrities of these fine thespians, nor are we even properly gauging the respective magnitudes of their celebrities. This is a look at how each of these actors are making an impact here in cyberspace, or if you prefer their digital footprints (a concept you will find explained in brief above, or more in depth by clicking through here).

They’re all under 30, and they’re all worth more than most if not even all of you reading (and certainly we writing). These are the past year’s ten entertainers under the age of 30 most handsomely remunerated for their efforts in being fabulous. Comparing their fortunes and/or their works as actors, musicians, and so forth is the work of other blogs, of course. What we here at the PeekScore blog intend to do with these ten vastly wealthy whipper-snappers is compare their various impacts here on the World Wide Web, as quantified on our PeekScore scale (an explanation of which can be found above, or more in depth by clicking through here).

The folks topping our list are all grade A PeekScore Goliaths, but still there are some slight surprises to be found in the exact order of how things have shaken out.

The PeekScores of PeekYou’s 10 Most Searched For Female Celebrities

In calculating your PeekScore and updating it often, PeekYou takes into account your known presence and activity on the Internet, including but not limited to; your blogging, participation in social networks, the number of your friends, followers, or readers, the amount of web content you create, and your prominence in the news.

The good folks over at Celebuzz.com asked us to cook up a list of the ten female celebrities who are searched for the most frequently on PeekYou. They then, of course (knowing how much we love to do such things), requested that we rank these women according to their PeekScores.

Being insanely famous, or being massively searched for online does not necessarily translate to the largest PeekScore (for the record, being searched for here on PeekYou has no impact on PeekScores whatsoever). Per usual, it is the celebrities who most actively participate in their online lives – via social networking, blogs, and personal websites – whose digital footprints are the most profound. Pop musicians seem to, in general, lead among the most robust social media existences and this is surely reflected in the scores below. We’ll spare you the long-winded analysis for the moment, but it obviously relates to the demographic of the pop music audience and the degree to which it intersects with the general specs of social media’s most avid users.

Forbes has just released its list of the past year’s top paid actresses (or, if you’d prefer, female actors). You good people – the PeekScore blog’s dedicated readership – have responded well to previous PeekScore reevaluations of the most generously compensated (of this profession or that), so we’re just giving you a bit more of what you seem to like.

We’re not show-biz analysts, so we won’t comment on why one actor received more pay than another. When it comes to what we do know – digital footprints – we can say that those on top are there, it seems, to the largest extent because of the degree to which folks in cyberspace are writing about them. In general, this is not a bunch who are too active within the realms of social media. Some have official websites, or well-followed and verified Twitter accounts they don’t actually use (both of which will, of course, impact a PeekScore), but none of these ten ladies is an avid social networker. Some may once have been, but abandoned their Facebooks and Twitters for potentially personal reasons, probably (again) best left to those who make it their practice to comment on such things to analyze. Ahem.
